Margaret Meps Schulte, the author of Strangers Have the Best Candy and The Joyful Bear, is a lively, humorous speaker who presents at venues all over the United States. Her original cartoons and audience participation are completely out-of-the-box and have made a lasting impact on audiences from Seattle, Washington to Key West, Florida.

Past engagements included the Burning Man Center Camp Speaker Series on Psychic Nomadism and the Global Diversity and Inclusion Department at Columbus State Community College. Meps has also spoken and given workshops at arts events, coffee houses, cafes, candy stores, and bookstores around the US.
